Congratulations to Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra Associate, Atty. Liezl Gabrielle Romero Ludan, for successfully passing the February 2026 California Bar Examination.

Widely regarded as one of the most challenging bar examinations in the United States due to its rigorous essay and performance test components and historically low passing rates, the California Bar Examination marks another significant milestone in Atty. Ludanโ€™s legal career. At only 28 years old, she is now dual-qualified, having also passed the 2024 Philippine Bar Examinations.

Atty. Ludan graduated cm laude with a degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and later earned her Juris Doctor from Ateneo Law School with Second Honors. She currently serves as an Associate at Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra, with practice areas focused on Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Data Privacy & Artificial Intelligence, and Corporate Law.
