The public is hereby informed that ALL statements/social media post made attributed to the CORPORATION, to its officers or agents that are critical of, disparaging or tend to tarnish their reputations and/or business are untrue, fake, and mere products of imagination and fantasy by heretofore identified individual/s. Anyone who will comment and repost said post shall be punished under the law.

Our client will be seeking the help of the National Bureau of Investigation in knowing the identity of this individual/s, and will be filing the appropriate charges against her/them for Violation of RA 10175 (Anti-Cybercrime Law).

The public is hereby reminded that the sharing of these fake posts, as well as harsh and libelous comments made in said posts, are also actionable under the Anti-Cybercrime Law. It is advisable that the public DELETE their comments or to refrain from resharing said post to avoid prosecution.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

This is to inform the public that SWITCH FINANCE CORPORATION has received reports of unauthorized individuals falsely claiming to be connected with our company. These individuals are allegedly soliciting money from our clients in exchange for any information relevant to their files and/or delinquent borrowers in exchange for dismissing their legal cases. We want to emphasize that these persons are not affiliated with SWITCH FINANCE CORPORATION in any capacity.

We take these matters very seriously and have already reported the identified individual(s) to the National Privacy Commission, Philippine National Police – Anti-Cyber Crime Group and the National Bureau of Investigation - Cybercrime Unit for appropriate legal actions. We urge our clients and the public to exercise caution and refrain from engaging in any transactions with these unauthorized persons.

Please be advised that any similar acts of fraud or misrepresentation will be dealt with accordingly, and we will take all necessary legal steps to protect our clients and our company’s reputation.
