Hindi ako mahilig sa paksiw… pero dahil paborito ito ng asawa ko, sige nga—tinry ko na rin. 🤭

Natakam ako sa recipe ng Kusina Ni Joshua kaya gumawa ako ng sweet and spicy paksiw gamit ang Datu Puti Sweetened Pinoy Spice Vinegar.

Grabe, ang sarap pala! Balanse yung asim, tamis, at anghang—mapaparami ka talaga ng kain. 🤤

Mukhang mapapadalas na ito sa menu namin… baka lalo pang ma-inlove si mister! Hahaha 🤪

Minsan napapaisip ako… kailan ba siya biglang lumaki nang ganito? 🥺 Parang kailan lang sobrang liit niya pa, tapos ngayon ang kulit na at ang dami nang ginagawa.

Pero kahit nagbago na yung stage niya, may mga bagay na hindi ko talaga binabago—lalo na sa bath time routine niya.

Named by our toddler, so wala na kaming say sa pangalan 😅 Still a bit shy and adjusting, but we already love them so much. Excited for all the cuddles, squeaks, and little moments with these two 🐹✨
