BPI’s 45-STORY TOWER SET TO REDEFINE MAKATI SKYLINE

The Bank of the Philippine Islands’ (BPI) 45-story headquarters is slated for completion in late 2029 and opening in 2030 in Makati’s central business district.

The P13.6-billion mixed-use tower will rise on a 5,599-square-meter lot and span 89,000 square meters of floor area, housing BPI’s main offices and branch, retail and event spaces, landscaped areas, and seven basement parking levels.

Co-developed with Ayala Land Inc., the project is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with Aidea Philippines as architect-of-record. The glass-clad building will connect civic spaces to Makati’s elevated and underground walkways.

Aiming for EDGE, LEED, and WELL certifications, the tower will feature energy-efficient systems and sustainable design, generating about 1,800 jobs during construction.
