Payment of Wages for the Regular Holidays on June 6, 2025 (Eidul Adha) and June 12, 2025 (lndependence Day)

Pursuant to Proclamation Nos. 727, Series of 2024 and 911 , Series of 2025, the following pay rules shall apply:

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Payment of Wages for the Regular Holidays on 06 June 2025 (Eidul Adha) and 12 June 2025 (lndependence Day)

Pursuant to Proclamation Nos. 727, Series of 2024 and 911 , Series of 2025, the following pay rules shall apply:

𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲: All taxpayers filing through eBIRForms (Package v7.9.4.2) are advised of the delay or non-receipt of system-generated email confirmation from eBIRForms.

In case of non-receipt of system-generated email confirmation from eBIRForms, taxpayers are advised to do any of the following:

1. Print a copy of the pop-up message indicating that the return was successfully submitted, together with the printed copy of the tax return filed through eBIRForms and pay electronically using BIR ePay facilities or pay through Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) for tax returns with tax due. In places where there are no AABs, the tax due shall be paid with the Revenue Collection Officer (RCO) assigned in RDO premises; or

2. Re-file their tax returns in eBIRForms; or

3. Proceed to the nearest Revenue District Office e-lounge and seek assistance to electronically file tax return.
