Legal ba ang Warrant of Arrest na inilabas ng ICC against Sen. Bato?

Well husgado lamang po ang makapagsasabi nito.

BUT, then nag file si Sen. Bato sa Supreme Court ng petition with an urgent motion for issuance of TRO para ipatigil ang implementation ng Warrant of Arrest, pero hindi pinagbigyan, instead pinag cocomment within 72 hrs ang mga partido.

Dalawa sa mahalagang elemento ng pag issue ng TRO ay 1. Right in Esse/clear and unmistakable right 2. Grave and irreparable injury (may iba pang elemento).

Sa hindi pag grant ng TRO, impliedly parang sinabi ng korte na walang illegal sa warrant ng ICC, walang malinaw na karapatan si Sen Bato na ma violate para kailanganin na agarang ipatigil ang implementation, at kapag na implement walang nakitang grave o irreparable injury.
