I step down as President of IBP Zambales with deep gratitude. It has been an honor to serve our chapter and stand with those often left unheard.
Together, we turned ideals into action—defending Indigenous rights, empowering mothers and children, and expanding access to justice. My only sorrow is that Atty. Lord did not get to see the seeds he planted bloom. His spirit lives on in our work.
To my fellow officers, volunteers, and every lawyer who gave their heart to the cause—thank you. I leave knowing our chapter remains a steadfast champion of legal aid and justice.
May we always choose the harder right over the easier wrong.
