Kung tutuusin, nandito naman halos lahat sa Metro.

Trabaho.
Business.
Opportunities.
Hospitals.
Malls.
Halos lahat accessible.

Pero may mga tao pa rin na mas pinipili bumili ng lupa na 1–3 oras ang layo sa city.

Yes, mas malaki ang space.
Yes, pwede mong patayuan ng bahay someday.

Pero habang naghihintay ka ng “someday”…
nandito pa rin sa Metro umiikot ang daily life ng karamihan.

Kaya curious lang ako.

Bakit lupa pa rin ang pinipili ng iba over a condo in Manila?

Kaya mong mag-upgrade ng phone.
Kaya mong mag-travel.
Kaya mong mag-monthly ng kung ano-ano.

Pero pag bahay na ang usapan,
biglang “next time na.”

Hindi problema ang kita mo.
Ang problema, wala kang malinaw na target.

Let’s be real.
Kung may deadline ang concert ticket, nakakabili ka agad.
Pero yung future mo, wala kang deadline.

Hindi mo kailangan maging milyonaryo para magsimula.
Kailangan mo lang ng plano.
