We are hiring one (1) full time Bookkeeper/Office Staff.

We are looking for a candidate who is trainable and equipped with proper knowledge to serve mainly as Bookkeeper of our office and assist some of our clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain correct and accurate record of day-to-day financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, handle payroll, and perform bank and account reconciliations of the office and some of our clients, including generating correct and accurate financial reports and monitor financial health.
2. Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) such as proper and on-time filing of tax returns (income tax, withholding, VAT, etc.), compliance with the SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF (Pag-IBIG).
3. Perform such other tasks, responsibilities, and functions of a Bookkeeper.
4. Greet and entertain clients, setting up of meeting with the lawyer for clients requesting schedule for appointment or otherwise, assist the lawyer in the operations of the office, answer calls, prepare and arrange legal documents, including preservation, service with relevant parties, and filing with the proper judicial courts or other offices.
5. File and retrieve documents and reference materials, including monitoring and ensuring proper organization of incoming and outgoing documents.
6. When necessary, personally visit the clients' offices, court, government agencies and offices such as the BIR, City/Municipal Hall, NLRC/DOLE, Office of the Prosecutor, etc.
Other functions related and necessary to the operation of the office which may be delegated from time to time.
Work Schedule and Location:
Mondays to Fridays, 8am-5pm at Unit 204, 2nd Floor, Fabricare Bldg., Dr. Arcadio Santos Ave., Sucat, Parañaque City.
