Celebrating a journey of service and leadership!

We proudly recognizes our Founding and Managing Lawyer, Atty. Robert Arpa, for receiving an award of distinction from the Rene A. V. Saguisag Legal Aid Center (RAVSLAC).

What began as a student's dream to serve during a law school orientation has evolved into a career-long dedication to clinical legal education. Now serving as a Supervising Lawyer, Atty. Arpa continues to give back to his alma mater, San Beda College Alabang, by mentoring interns and providing legal counsel to those who need it most.

We are grateful to the Rene A.V. Saguisag Legal Aid Center (RAVSLAC) for this recognition. At Arpa Law, we believe that true justice begins with the family, ensuring that even the most vulnerable among us have a voice and the legal protection they deserve.

On February 11, 2026, the Arpa Law team conducted a vital legal mission at the Medium Security Compound of the New Bilibid Prison, in coordination with the Department of Justice - Action Center (DOJAC). Lead by Usec. Margarita Gutierrez, our firm focused on providing critical assistance to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) whose situations demand urgent legal attention—specifically those who have already served beyond their required sentences or remain incarcerated past their eligible release dates.

Our Founding and Managing Lawyer, Atty. Robert Arpa, alongside Office Manager Tracy Doroteo and Paralegal Danzel Fernandez, worked directly with PDLs to facilitate the filing of Petitions for Habeas Corpus, review Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) records, and provide strategic legal advice on their next steps. Beyond consultations, our team assisted in drafting formal letters of appeal to the Secretary of Justice to ensure that every case is heard and that no individual remains in the Medium Security Compound longer than the law requires.

We remain steadfast in our mission to provide dedicated legal representation and to be a voice for those seeking a fair second chance under the rule of law.

Atty. Robert Paul C. Arpa of ARPA Law, in his capacity as Legal Aid Chairman of the IBP–PPLM, participated in the National Legal Aid Summit held in Boracay on January 16–18, 2026.

The summit underscored the Integrated Bar of the Philippines’ collective commitment to strengthening legal aid systems and advancing meaningful access to justice for indigent and marginalized communities. Joined by officers from IBP chapters nationwide, the gathering served as a reminder that the practice of law is most impactful when guided by service, compassion, and a genuine desire to help those in need—values that ARPA Law continues to uphold.

Atty. Robert Paul Arpa, in his capacity as Treasurer and Chairman of the Legal Aid Committee, and Atty. Paolo Thomas Dimagiba, in his capacity as Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Pasay - Parañaque - Las Piñas - Muntinlupa (IBP PPLM), participated in the 27th House of Delegates Convention held on 27 November 2025 in Coron, Palawan.

The House of Delegates is where key dialogues concerning reforms, policy improvements, and member support are discussed in order to cater the shifting demands of the legal profession.

This event was led by IBP National President, Atty. Allan Panolong, and attended by IBP national officers, governors, and representatives from all chapters all over the country.
