❗️Sino ang Maaaring Mag-avail ng Libreng Legal na Konsultasyon:

1. Walang sapat na pera o ari-arian para sa pagkain, tirahan, at mga pangunahing pangangailangan para sa sarili at sa kanyang pamilya.

2. May mababang kita. Kung ang kabuuang buwanang kita ng aplikante at ng kanyang pamilya ay hindi lalampas sa dalawang beses ng minimum wage ng isang empleyado sa lugar kung saan siya nakatira.

3. Walang pag-aari na lupa na may fair market value na higit sa ₱300,000.00 batay sa pinakahuling tax declaration.

4. Sino mang tao (kabilang ang Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), migrant worker, refugee, asylum-seeker, o stateless person) na walang sapat na kakayahan upang tustusan ang kinakailangang legal na serbisyo.

❗️Mga Kinakailangang Isumite:

1. Qualified Beneficiary Declaration Form

2. Pinakabagong Income Tax Return, payslip, o iba pang patunay ng kita

3. Pinakahuling tax declaration

4. Certificate of Indigency mula sa DSWD o lokal na pamahalaan kung saan nakatira

1. Maaaring humingi ng kopya ng Qualified Beneficiary Declaration Form sa aming opisina, sa aming page, o sa pamamagitan ng email.

2. Para sa In-Person Consultation: Dalhin ang lahat ng kinakailangang requirements/dokumento sa napiling araw ng konsultasyon.

3. Para sa Online Consultation: Ipadala ang malinaw na kopya ng lahat ng requirements sa aming page (Messenger) o sa email isang araw bago ang takdang petsa ng konsultasyon.

Welcoming Our New Partner --
ATTY. KRIA CELESTINE MANGLAPUS

We are honored to welcome Atty. Kria Celestine A. Manglapus as the newest Partner in our law office.

Atty. Kria Manglapus brings a solid background in public sector governance, international law, health regulation, and cross-border employment policy, shaped through over a decade of service in both government service and policy-oriented work.

She is presently engaged in public service, where she provides legal support on matters concerning public personnel policy, governance structures, and institutional integrity. In this capacity, she has been involved in a wide range of legal policy concerns affecting the civil service, drawing from years of experience in administrative law, regulatory frameworks, and government operations.

She previously served as Chief of Staff of the Department of Health’s Health Regulation Team, the Department’s legal and regulatory arm. In this role, she helped lead the development of health regulations, policy issuances, and legal reviews that shaped national standards for health facilities, services, and professionals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took part in inter-agency legal and policy coordination through the IATF-EID, contributing to the government’s crisis response. In 2022, their team received a Presidential Citation for its instrumental role in expanding testing capacity and strengthening the country’s pandemic strategy.

She earned her Juris Doctor from San Beda University, where she represented the school in international moot court competitions held in South Korea, India, the United Kingdom, and Argentina, honing her skills in advocacy, diplomacy, and global legal issues. She also holds a BSBA in Financial Accounting from the University of Saint Louis and completed a specialized course on Women’s Health and Human Rights at Stanford University.

Her appointment reflects our law office’s continued growth and commitment to delivering principled, high-level legal service. We are thrilled to welcome her leadership and vision as Partner.

Official Announcement from Endozo Law Office

We are aware of circulating rumors claiming that Endozo Law Office will be ceasing operations due to Atty. Endozo’s upcoming marriage and alleged plans to leave the country. We would like to clarify that these claims are entirely false.

Endozo Law Office remains fully operational and committed to providing quality legal service to our clients. In fact, we are entering an exciting new chapter — Atty. Endozo is soon to be joined by a new law office partner. We are currently finalizing our partnership agreement and look forward to formally introducing our partnership in the coming days.

Alongside this, we are working on new and improved digital features to better serve our clients and enhance your experience with us.

Atty. Endozo will continue to manage cases and operate the firm in collaboration with the new partner. There are no plans to close the office or to leave the country anytime soon.
