The Seashore Beach Club, Inc. is a membership resort which certificates that will be issue to Club Members are non-proprietary in nature. The Project was conceptualized by the President of THE SEASHORE BEACH CLUB, INC., Mr. ARNEL S. MINDANAO, a seasoned sales and marketing person having gained more than 20 years in selling various real estate projects in the local market and to foreign nationals who have great interest into the Philippines, being a very tropical country, noted for world class tourist destinations especially the beach lines boasting for white sands, perfect for water sports activities.
One of the concepts of beach club membership of “The Seashore” is to inspired members by taking advantage of the natural resources we have in our country, the tropical weather where most foreign nationals would like to frolic especially during summer season.
Available CCTV cameras for security purposes and to record activities within the Beach Club area shall be provided. Wi-fi connectivity will also be made available. Deep water with reservoir will be installed and emergency power with its back up generator set. Entry gate duly landscaped and guard house will also be set up for proper man security within the area. Also, Life-saver experts will be posted and made available for water emergencies.
The project is expected to be completed in the year 2019 commencing from the available funds are out in place thru its credit facility with its bank. Initial land development and earth moving activities at site had already taken place to ensure that prospective buyers tripping to the site could see personally the commitment of the owners of the project even prior to the approval of the Applicant for Registration for the sales of the Beach Club Certificates.
THE LOCATION and ACCESS
“THE SEASHORE”, owned and operated by THE SEASHORE BEACH CLUB, INC. is a 2.5 hectare property divided into various sections of facilities having the beach front about 4, 200 SQUARE METERS of direct beach front area that will house a world class resort and various sport facilities and activities that those members can enjoy in their stay at “The Seashore”.
“The Seashore” is located in Barangay Calubcub, San Juan, Batangas Province. The property where the project is, is developing a portion of the 2.5 hectare that will accommodates the modern and functional Club House and all the facilities including the Infinity Pool that will occupies more or less 4,200 square meters. The property is currently under the name of one of the major stockholders of the “The Seashore” Beach Club, Inc.” which shall be further re-subdivided to allocate and transfer title in the name of the “The Seashore Beach Club, Inc.”
Access to the “The Seashore Beach Club, Inc.” site is about 2.5 hours travel from Metro Manila by traversing the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) connecting to the STAR Tollway in Batangas to Ibaan/San Jose Batangas exit. From the main municipal business district in San Juan, the site is about 10 minutes ride.
Access also can be done thru a boat ride from the pier to the site. Boats will be provided by the “The Seashore Beach Club, Inc.” for those members who would want to explore and experience boat ride from the airport to the site. Members will be transported thru Vans from the airport to the pier and they will be transported to the beach via boat ride along the shallow beach waters to the site.
