Independent candidate si Atty Florante Miano... wala siyang kaalyadong partido.

Pasensya na po sa mga humihingi ng tulong pinansyal hindi namin kayo matugunan dahil na rin sa kawalan ng budget. Gusto namin kayong tulungan ngunit talagang limitado ang rekursos.

Kapos man sa malaking pondo at materyal na bagay, pero asahan ninyong serbisyong malinis, taos-puso at tapat ang binibigay ni Atty Florante Miano sa lahat.

MY ARDENT ADVICE FOR MY CONSTITUENTS

Despite my age, my principles have remained steadfast. I am always at odds with abusive public officials, not for personal reasons but solely to set aright their wrongdoings affecting my constituents. If you tolerate corruption, you are in effect encouraging it. Let us be vigilant.

It has been ballyhooed that even the so-called assistance or "ayuda" intended for our poor constituents during the pandemic have been unlawfully "hijacked" by greedy corrupt public officials. I cannot simply stand by and tolerate corruption to proliferate. As a lawyer, it is my bounden duty to protect my constituents against the onslaught of greed and materialism espoused by corrupt public officials.

I will continue to fight corruption and injustices as long as I live. I know God is with me in the pursuit of this noble objective.

The environment is not for sale. It is a gift from God to enable man to live a normal life. As such, it is inapproprite for the government or any public official to destroy the environment at the expense of the health, life, and livelihood of the community affected.

The right of the people to a balanced ecology is non-negotiable and beyond pecuniary estimation.

A public office is a public trust, not an opportunity to enrich oneself.

Avoid candidates buying votes.

They are bane not bone to merit our accolade. Without a doubt, life would improve if you stop selling your votes.

Let this be the first step towards electoral reforms. The sins of public service are not only imputable to those who actually commit them but also to those who by their silence or inaction permit or encourage their commission.......

Personal na binisita ng ating abogado Florante Miano ang ating mga kababayang mangingisda sa pulo ng San Salvador sa Masinloc at pulo ng Magalawa sa Palauig. Isang patunay na kahit na bitin sa rekurso sa kampanya ay pagpupursige naman na abutin ang pinakamalawak na mamamayan para sa mas malalim na pag-unawa ng kanilang kalagayan. Ang kalagayang dinadatnan ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon para magpapakasipag at sikasig na makapaglingkod...
