Atty. Mario Fidel Ubac Danao, dearly called "Atty. Yong" by his friends and colleagues, earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of the East - Manila. He also took up Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas - España, Manila, where he was conferred the Benavides Outstanding Achievement Award. During his law school and collegiate years, he attended several International Youth Programs offered only to outstanding youth leaders, one of which is the 1st ASEAN Legal Camp which was held in Singapore. He was one of the twenty-four (24) law student delegates selected from different law schools all over the Philippines who were exposed, among others, to the actual practice of Public International Law, Commercial Law, and Legal Education in Singapore.

Before his admission to the Philippine Bar, Atty. Yong worked as a Senior Associate at the SyCip Gorres Velayo & Company in Ayala, Makati. While being in SGV, he has handled business tax and corporate law advisory services to local and international clients. After hurdling the bar exam, Atty. Yong dedicated his early months as a lawyer as a Legal Officer for The World Bank, under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Program of the Department of Agrarian Reform in the Province of Masbate. He served as a rural development lawyer/field worker as a defender of the rights of Masbateño farmers and agricultural reform beneficiaries.

Atty. Yong is a natural-born leader. He was elected to public office when he was just fifteen (15) years old, serving as Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairman for Barangay Ibingay, Masbate City (2007-2010). He was also elected as the Auditor for SK City Federation of Masbate for the same term. As a leader, not only that he implemented policies, projects, and programs within his jurisdiction, Atty. Yong also excelled in the field of global youth leadership. He was also sent by the National Youth Commission as a Youth Ambassador of Goodwill to Japan (JENESYS Programme 2012) and India (AISEP 2016). Atty. Allyzza Mari. T. Concepcion - De La Cruz, or simply Atty. Ally, earned her Juris Doctor degree at the New Era University in Quezon City, Metro Manila. She also finished her pre-law degree at the same university, where she was a consistent Dean’s Lister leading to her degree of BSBA Major in Legal Management. During Atty. Ally’s attendance in law school, she was involved in numerous law school activities and once worked as an Adjutant to the Student Council of the New Era University College of Law.

Presently and even before she was admitted to the Philippine Bar, Atty. Ally is teaching various subjects at Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) in Cabitan, Mandaon, Masbate. She is also one of the pioneer Legal Officers for The World Bank-funded project of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) entitled, "Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Program". Under the said program, she has initiated numerous petitions filed before the DAR Adjudicatory Board of Bicol Region, and has defended the rights of agricultural farmers all over the Province of Masbate.

Atty. Ally is the only lady lawyer in DDQR Law Offices, yet she is the kindest and most competitive lawyer among her partners. She is a pro-active “kapatid sa pananampalataya” of the Iglesia ni Cristo, as she continues to proudly live the teachings of her religious affiliation. Despite being the youngest in the firm, Atty. Atty. Felizardo L. Romano, I, is a full-blooded Bedista. He finished his Juris Doctor and BS Legal Management degrees both from San Beda University in Mendiola, Manila (SBU-Mendiola). A consistent honor student, Atty. Romano graduated Class Salutatorian at the Federico E. Estipona Memorial High School in Mandaon, Masbate. During his collegiate years, he was also a consistent Dean’s Lister and an Academic Scholar at SBU-Mendiola. He was a moot court debater covering several competitions for different years, during his stay in law school.

Atty. Romano has experience in corporate law practice and general law applications. Before becoming a lawyer, he was a Legal Administrative Assistant directly reporting to the corporate secretary of Healthway Philippines (2017-2018). Shortly before signing the roll of attorneys and until now, Atty. Romano teaches at Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) in Cabitan, Mandaon, Masbate. Atty. Francis Djan B. Quidato is a native of Uson, Masbate. In 2020, he finished his Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) in Cebu City, Philippines. Before entering law school, Atty. Quidato took up AB Political Science – Major in Law and Policy Studies as his pre-law course at the University of San Carlos, also in Cebu City.

A product of religious educational institutions in Masbate-- Sacro Costato [Elementary] School and Saint Anthony Highschool Seminary-- Atty. Quidato initially pursued becoming a member of the religious clergy when he went to Mater Salutis College Seminary in Daraga, Albay. However, he later realized that becoming a lawyer was his passion. Thus, he strived and undertook multiple jobs to defray his expenses in law school. While being a law student, Atty. Quidato was a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Convergys Philippines Inc. (2013-2015) and eventually moved to JP Morgan Chase Co., as a CSR-Banking Specialist (2016-2018). He also served as a Paralegal at the Sanoria-Collado Law Office (2019 to 2021) in Lapu-Lapu City, Province of Cebu, just a few semesters before his law graduation and his eventual passing of the Philippine Bar Examinations.

Atty. Quidato dedicated his early months as a lawyer by being deployed as a Legal Officer for The World Bank, under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Program of the Department of Agrarian Reform. He was a rural development lawyer/field worker defending the rights of farmers all over the Province of Masbate. Presently, Atty.
