We would like to inform that the Memorandum of Agreement between MCB and NHA for the transfer of some funds for the compensation claims of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 has already been signed by the MCB and for signature of the NHA General Manager upon approval of the Authority to sign by the NHA Board.

Further, 3,170 claims folders of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 are yet to be transferred by the MCB to NHA.
Rest assured that the NHA and MCB remains committed to give its best and to provide more effective and efficient to our clients, the General Public.
