To Every Person Who Stood Up as a Father

"A father is not always the one whose name is on the birth certificate. Sometimes, he is the one who stayed."

To every working father who sets his alarm before sunrise, leaves home in the dark, and works tirelessly so his children can live a brighter future—this day is for you.

To the fathers whose hands grew rough from honest work, who carried heavy burdens without complaint, and who still came home with enough love left to give—you embody a courage that no award can fully measure.

Today, we also honor those whose sacrifices often go unnoticed.

To the single mothers who became both mother and father, working twice as hard while giving twice the love—your strength and devotion inspire us all.

To the Lolas and Lolos who stepped in to raise another generation, offering their time, energy, and unconditional love—you remind us that family is built through commitment and care.

To the Titas, Titos, Kuyas, Ates, mentors, and even neighbors who filled the void left by an absent father—your presence changed lives in ways words cannot fully express.

To the older siblings who grew up too soon so their younger brothers and sisters could have a childhood—you are seen, appreciated, and honored.

Fatherhood has never been defined solely by biology. It is found in every sacrifice made before dawn, every meal provided during difficult times, and every reassuring hand that says, "I'm here."

AUFEA Membership Orientation 2026

At AUFEA, we believe that an informed member is an empowered member.
Through the Membership Orientation sessions held on June 3 and June 16, 2026, at the AUFEA Office and Loyola Classroom, our officers welcomed and oriented new applicants on the union's mission, vision, programs, services, and member benefits.

Sa AUFEA, kinikilala natin ang mahalagang papel ng bawat ina hindi lamang sa tahanan kundi maging sa tagumpay at pagkakaisa ng ating samahan. Ang kanilang pagmamahal, sakripisyo, lakas, at malasakit ang nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa patuloy nating paglilingkod sa kapwa at sa komunidad.
