Bilang konsyumer, may karapatan kang pumili kung paano mo gusto magbayad.

Ayon sa Department Administrative Order No. 21-03 (DAO 21-03), s.2021, o “Guidelines for Payment Options on the Purchase of Consumer Products and Services," ipinagbabawal ang “Installment Only” na pagbabayad ng consumer goods at services, kasama na ang motorsiklo. Ayon din sa nasabing batas, ang mamimili ay dapat bigyan ng pagpipilian (cash,
installment o kumbinasyon nito) kung paano babayaran ang mga consumer goods at services na kanyang nais bilhin.
