I’m so blessed to have a teacher who doesn’t only care to give us the pointers of review leading to exam but he made an extra effort to teach us a Comprehensive Real Estate lessons that made us way ahead from learning Real Estate. It was a milestone in my life when my husband announces it to me that I pass with flying colors for the grade that I got. Thank you Mr. Ernesto M. Angeles for the lessons filled with many inspirations. Becoming a Professional for passing the Real Estate Board Exam gave me a niche to speak about Property Values and Benefits. I took that as I sign that it was my mission to help people be aware about Real Estate Advantages. Then I thought of all the lessons, trainings and books that I read. Along the way, I longed to learn more about Social Media to communicate more about the Value and Benefits of Property. It’s true that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.It was during my consistent attendance to John Calub Group Trainings that I met my mentors like Jay Mclean and Dexter Paglinawan. It’s almost 5 years now of not celebrating Christmas with my husband. Never did our child experience to celebrate Christmas or New Year with her father. My tears glistened every time we were at the airport for my husband’s departure, a seaman who was off to another country for 8 months contract. My husband once counted the months that we were together since we got married and it’s nearly two years but we are married nearly 7 years. This is one reason why I was motivated to learn more about real estate, leading to becoming a smart real estate investor. That way I could help my husband to have a happy ending when he decided to retire from his work. After working so hard for a decade and the coming years, he has something to show for it through my support and guidance. Our goal is that our family becomes a financial winner by being aware that good properties are the best investment in good times and bad, also a good source of retirement benefits. Being a wife of a seafarer was also my niche to share more about Home Value and House Benefits because it motivated me to inspire other wives of seafarers including all OFWs to share to them the Value and Advantages in Real Estate Investing.
