To all my friends in Legal Practice ( in case you are not aware)

Please do not send your pleadings notices,motions thru LBC . My motion was denied because I sent the MR one day before the deadline, however the Court received it 3 days after ,due to distance ( far north), so the date of mailing/filing is the date of receipt,thus said the strict Court.

Called up the SC OCA and the Legal Office and it said LBC was never accredited at any time. Now, if the Court is so technically strict, what happened to my motion will likely happen to yours. Actually this is the only Court that I encountered as such. I have been sending pleadings (except initiatory) thru LBC and the concerned Courts acknowledged them.

Please read Circular 90-2022 (April 20,2022), Ninja Van is the only accredited courier of the Supreme Court for those coming from NCR (for nationwide service).
