The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Manila 1 – J.B.L. Reyes Chapter, in partnership with the National Capital Region Election Officers Association (NCREOA), joins hands in bringing voter education and free legal assistance closer to our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

This initiative aims to promote access to justice, voter awareness, and the protection of legal rights through meaningful legal assistance and education.
