MBBN/ Quiapo Church Legal Assistance Ministry The Legal Assistance Office provides FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE and CONSULTATION to less fortunate with utmost care and speedy services.

Last June 21, 2012, the Legal Assistance Office of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene formally opened. The office will cater primarily to the devotees and parishioners as well as those who are imprisoned within the Archdiocese of Manila who cannot afford to cost of Legal services. The office was set up as part of the archdiocese’s respond to the needs of its poor constituents. In connection

with this, Quiapo Church and San Beda College signed a partnership to offer legal assistance to devotees and parishioners. On April 2012, the memorandum of Agreement (MOA) BETWEEN Quiapo Church and San Beda College of Law was signed.
