For reference, please be guided by the following notarial requirements:
1. Personal Appearance of affiant/s or signatory/ies
[Kailangan na pumunta ang pipirma ng dokumento, hindi po pwede ang representative]
2. Presentation of valid government ID (for Filipino Citizens) or Foreign Passport (for Non-Filipino Citizens)
[Kailangan na may dalang ID ang pipirma mula sa ahensya ng gobyerno o kaya Pasaporte para sa mga hindi Pilipino]

The office is currently renewing its notarial commission and notarization of documents are on hold until the new commission for 2026-2027 is issued.
