What are the requirements of purchasing Condominium For Sale in the Philippines
Reservation Requirements
1. Online Client Registration:

2. Valid IDs: Submit copies of government-issued identification to confirm your identity.
3. Philippine TIN Number: Have your Tax Identification Number ready, as it is essential for the reservation process.
4. Online Reservation Agreement Form: Complete and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation’s terms and conditions.
5. Reservation Fee:
The reservation fee is PHP 30,000 for the regular unit and PHP 10,000 for parking.
For Exclusive condominium like
Fortis Residences &
Oak Harbor Residences
Standard Unit Reservation: PHP 50,000
Loft Type Unit Reservation: PHP 100,000
Parking Space: PHP 20,000
This is payable through our office ask me for site assistance or online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payment can also be made through Cash, GCash, and Dated Check payable to DMCI-PDI.
After reservation, additional requirements include:
6. Proof of Billing Address: This should match your preferred billing address.
7. Marriage Contract if Married.
8. Proof of Income/bank statement for 3mons. for financing purposes.
9. Preferred Mode of Payments for the Down Payment: Options include PDCs (Post-Dated Checks) and Auto Debit Arrangement using DMCI-PDI tie-in banks (Bank of Commerce, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, EastWest Bank, PNB, Security Bank, Sterling Bank, UnionBank, Robinsons Bank, Chinabank).
10. Signatures in Contracts for unit purchased.
For International Clients: We offer Bills Payment options through tie-in banks with the DMCI-PDI biller and Remittance through Robinsons Bank Virtual Account.
