La Casa is a web and mobile app for the company Guided Search Realty built for the Head Broker, Sales Manager, Sales agents and Customers. The goal of la casa is to smoothen out and organized the transactions between the guided search staff to its customers.

One of WMA-TECH’s pride and honor, the “AEZN” which consists of five (5) members namely: Lee Dominique M. Aguilar, Mark Francis M. Cabanit, Eugene Andrew G. Orduña, Zeus Jefferson D. Palisoc, and Arlouie T. Vasallo, all equipped with exceptional abilities and well developed intellectual capabilities, these agents made sure that their mission to develop “La Casa: A web and mobile broker's management system” would be completed and executed properly. With the assistance of their course adviser, Mr. Heintjie Vicente and Ms. Maria Vicky Solomo, and project adviser, Mr. Heintjie N. Vicente.
