CARGO SHIP WITH FILIPINO CREW ATTACKED IN RED SEA

A cargo ship carrying 25 crew members, including 21 Filipinos, was attacked and sank in the Red Sea. Authorities are investigating the incident and continuing search and rescue efforts for the missing crew.

Seaman na nakaranas ng pamimirata, o nasa lugar ng Warzone/ Risk area habang nasa barko kayo ay maaring magkaroon ng Trauma, Injuries or Illness dahil rito.

*Ipapagamot ng libre ang Seaman sa loob ng 120/240 days
*Mayroon matatanggap na Basic Allowance
*May pansariling Benepisyo sa SSS
*Insurance

Kung kayo ay nakaranas ng pambabaliwala ng kumpanya at hindi lubusan naasikaso dahil sa inyong natamong sakit/disgrasya/napirata, maari ninyo ipagbigay alam sa aming pahina upang mabigyan ng sapat na kaalaman tungo sa inyong susunod na hakbang.

CLAIMS AND BENEFITS OF REPATRIATED SEAFARERS⚓



Tatlo lang po ang tunay na benepisyo ng Seafarer;

1.Ipapagamot ang Seaman ng libre. Kailangang makapagreport sa company within 72hours pagbaba ng barko. (Medical Repatriated or Finish Contract)

2.Tatanggap ang Seaman ng basic allowance o sickness allowance ng apat na buwan (120 days) habang ginagamot sa Hospital at base narin po ito sa pinirmahan nya sa POEA contract, ito po ay magmumula sa Principal o may Ari ng Barko.

3.Kapag ang Seaman ay hindi pa lubusan na gumaling sa loob ng 120 days (4months) o umabot sa 240 days (8months) sa karamdaman nya dahil sa illness or injury nangyari dahil sa accident, ang Seaman ay ENTITLED na sa DISABILITY BENEFITS. Ang obligado na dapat mag bayad sa kanya ay walang iba kundi ang main Insurance o ang kanyang P.&.I club "Protection and Imdenity." na naka saad sa batas.
