The new schedule of zonal values of real properties under RDO 80 Mandaue City is effective starting June 4, 2022.

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐙𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐔𝐄 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐈𝐒 𝐎𝐔𝐓‼️

The revised schedule of zonal values of real properties under the jurisdiction of RDO 80 - Mandaue City is effective starting June 4, 2022 pursuant to Department Order No. 23-2022.

The zonal values established herein shall apply for purposes of computing any internal revenue tax due on sale/transfer or any other disposition of real properties.
