What many people see is the released title, the completed transfer, or the successful transaction. What they don't always see is the work happening behind the scenes.
Every file on this table represents a different property, a different challenge, and a different story. Without constant supervision, each team member takes ownership of their assigned transactionsโreviewing documents, identifying property issues, checking compliance requirements, and making sure nothing is missed.
When documents are lacking, it means fieldwork under the sun or rain, coordinating with clients, visiting government offices, lining up for certifications, securing clearances, processing taxes, claiming eCARs, retrieving titles, and updating clients every step of the way.
As of today, TierraPRO is handling 255 active transactions, excluding our corporate developer accounts. Yet despite the volume, we continue to successfully complete transfers every week while welcoming new clients and new challenges along the way.
