CERCA ALABANG
This is a residential condominium development near Ayala Alabang. It has been touted as the "Serendra of the South" so I had to see for myself. For those not familiar, Serendra is also another residential development of Alveo Land within Bonifacio Global City, one of my favorite projects because it's unlike any other. Lots of amenities and gardens within the city, and very family friendly.
So it's true. Upon touring the grounds of Cerca, the open spaces and greenery does remind me Serendra. The buildings are not suffocatingly close to each other, and it's like living in front of a park with all the open spaces and greeneries, and an outdoor playground. This is a pet-friendly community as well-- in fact, there's a designated Pet Zone for your furry friends.
There will be retail area that will consists of cafes, shops, and service establishments in the future; and as someone from the South, I'm excited to have a new meet up place with friends.
VIENTO AND NUVEO
The first phase, which is VIENTO, has been sold out. But the good news is, there are still available Studio and 1 Bedroom Units at NUVEO. The 2 and 3 Bedroom Units were the first ones to be sold out! But they'll be launching another tower this year so just message me if you'd like to be updated with new inventory.
