This is a landmark step towards a modern, outcomes-based, and socially responsive legal education, fully aligned with the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (𝗣𝗤𝗙) 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟴. This initiative will surely produce 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆, 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀.

NEW ISSUANCE: The Legal Education Board (LEB) has issued Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson No. 003, Series of 2026, calling for comments on the Proposed Revised Juris Doctor (JD) Program Outcomes (POs) and Performance Indicators (P*s).

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7662, the LEB has aligned the JD program with Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) Level 8 descriptors. This alignment ensures that legal education outcomes demonstrate highly advanced knowledge, independent professional judgment, and strategic leadership capabilities essential to modern practice.

Legal Education Institutions and stakeholders are invited to submit comments, recommendations, and additional proposals on or before 05 March 2026.

This measure reinforces the LEB’s commitment to an academically rigorous and professionally relevant JD program that is responsive to the evolving needs of the legal community.

🔒𝟏. 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐲 (𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟕 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)
Private conversations are protected under the Constitution. Sharing intimate or private messages without consent may violate a person’s reasonable expectation of privacy, even if you were part of the conversation.
