Regulation vs. Freedom of Contract... vis a vis PAL case: Does the Government really have the right to interfere with the private contract of PAL with its employees in a so-called Democratic Country like ours? Isn't this a violation of the freedom to contract? Should Police Power be used as a guise by the government to violate private rights in this case?
