ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

CRIMINAL LAW
The Firm offers services relating to criminal law such as prosecution of criminal charges as private prosecutor or the counsel for the offended party, or as counsel for the accused.
ELECTION LAW
The Firm is well versed in election law with experience in election disputes and election related matters, including representation of candidates in securing the counting and canvassing of votes. The Firm has conducted several seminars on automated elections in various parts of the country in preparation of the first-ever automated national and local elections in the year 2010.
FAMILY LAW
The Firm’s practice in family law involves all aspects of persons, family and matrimonial relations. The Firm handles cases involving domestic and inter-country adoption, child custody and support, guardianship, property relations in marriage, legal separation and annulment of marriage.

The practice of general civil law includes actions for specific performance, rescission of contracts, torts and negligence with claims for all kinds of damages. The Firm is also experienced in cases involving property disputes both real and personal.
LAND AND DISPUTE REGISTRATION
This includes registration of titles, disputes before the Register of Deeds and appeals before the Land Registration Authority.
