There are many people who talk more than they take action. And that's why they've never amounted to anything. They've spent many years trying to wonder, "Why am I not succeeding?" "Why do I owe people money?" "Why don't I have my own house and lot or property?"
The answer is as simple as: "People become better by doing, not by talking." Minsan kase, mas maraming pang sinasabi kaysa ginagawa. Kaya walang nangyayari sa buhay.
In real estate business, you may have encountered people who complain more than sell more. That's a bad thing. As a leader, you preach what you practice.
Your people will manipulate their sales when you manipulate yours. Worse, they do that because that's exactly what you taught them.
