- Assist in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to showcase our properties and services to potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage client communications, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, contributing to our lead generation strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.

- A passion for the real estate industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships over the phone.
- Proficiency in using Canva, and other editing sites.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or administration is a plus but not required.
