He is a licensed real estate broker, appraiser, and consultant, and has expertise in various aspects of the industry. His achievements include facilitating a billion worth of residential and commercial properties in the ultra-luxury segment with proven records of corporate leadership from a

reputable publicly listed company to a tech-driven NASDAQ listed company. Being a prop-tech leader highlights his awareness of the latest technological advancements and how they can be utilized to improve the real estate industry. Kenneth is committed to personal and professional development, as shown by his participation in various mentorship and scholarship programs. He was a mentee in the Urban Land Institute's Mentorship Program, completed the Diploma Program in Real Estate Development at De La Salle College of St. Benilde, and finished the Innovation Fellowship and Business coursework at the Asian Institute of Management and is currently finishing his Data Analytics Program at Google and Master in Business Administration at De La Salle University Manila.
