Last February 21, 2019, the CCAP - Collections Committee held its Fourth Quarter 2018 Agency Recognition Award. This is the first ever award to be recognized by the Association. This milestone was driven to reinforce optimal balance between the BSP's regulations and individual bank policies while putting the customer’s need in the forefront. It also aimed to strengthen the partnership between CCAP member banks and its collections agencies. The event was attended by the CCAP Chairman, Jesus Angelo Gomez, CCAP Executive Director, Alex Ilagan and BSP Acting Deputy Director of Consumer Empowerment Group, Rochelle Tomas.
