Gusto mo gumawa ng last will and testament. Sa tingin mo kasi mas safe to sa ibang estate planning tools. Alam mo din na posible wala kang net estate na mapapatawan ng estate tax. Pero, baka hindi mo alam na maybabayaran ka na filing fee sa korte, acceptance fee at appearance fees sa abogado para sa pagprobate ng will mo.

Though estate tax won't be imposed, filing of return is still necessary. Otherwise, there will be effects if not filed.
