This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Legaspi. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for assisting attorneys by preparing legal documents, maintaining and organizing legal files, managing schedules and appointments, and performing general clerical duties. The role also involves coordinating correspondence, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the law office.
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of legal concepts, including familiarity with Law and Legal Document Preparation.
Proficiency in providing support as a Legal Assistant and in performing Clerical Skills essential to office operations.
Strong organizational skills, including competence in Diary Management and scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in office software and tools, such as document processing software and email management systems.
Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
