If an unknown caller calls you, looks for a person with a name like yours, and introduces himself or herself as calling from your bank because the bank will replace your credit card with a longer expiration date or with a higher credit limit, or says that your card has earned thousands of points which can be used to pay your outstanding account, IMMEDIATELY END THE CALL. It’s a scam.
