OSH Law naisabatas na!

Ang o Republic Act No. 11058 or "An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof ay napirmahan na noong 17 Agosto 2018.

Kabilang sa mga provisions ng batas na ito ay ss:
- karapatan ng mga manggagawa na magreport ng mga aksidente sa kanilang workplace
- pinaigting na karapatan ng manggagawa sa kaalaman o information, sa tamang personal protective equipment o PPE
- karapatang tumanggi ng manggagawa sa trabaho kung may imminent danger o unsafe ang kundisyon
- requirement na may safety officer sa lahat ng workplace
- Safety and Health Program cost ay dapat kabilang sa kabuuang operations cost ng establishment
- pinaigting na inter-governmental coordination and cooperation
