Normal lang nga masuko ta kung naa ta’y problema sa usa ka tawo. Pero ang kasuko dili lisensya aron dauton, pakaulawan, o gub-on ang dungog sa uban—labina kung himuon kini sa social media.

Cybercrime is a criminal offense. Kung naa kay reklamo o isyu sa usa ka tawo, dili sakto ug dili legal nga i-post siya aron pakaulawan, apil na ang pagdaot sa iyang negosyo o reputasyon. Such acts may already constitute cyber libel and other criminal liabilities under our laws.

Instead of airing your anger online, choose the proper and legal remedies. File the appropriate complaint, seek mediation, or consult a lawyer. Remember: freedom of expression is not freedom to destroy another person’s dignity.

Pinagbigyan ng ang Motion for Consolidation and Resetting of Oral Arguments na may petsang Abril 24, 2025 na inihain ng Office of the Solicitor General kaugnay ng petisyon na kumukwestiyon sa constitutionality ng Republic Act No. 12116 o ang 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Sa petisyon na kumukwestiyon sa constitutionality ng GAA na inihain ni Victor D. Rodriguez at iba pa, sinabi nila na nabigo ang GAA na magbigay ng mandatoryong pondo para sa PhilHealth. Labag din umano sa batas ang pagtaas ng mga inilaang pondo na lampas sa iminungkahing badyet ng Pangulo, ang pag-una sa paggasta sa imprastraktura kaysa sa edukasyon, at ang pagsama ng mga blangko sa Bicameral Committee Report.
