Ayaw pailad sa mga fixer ug sa mga magpaila nga huwes o empleyado sa korte aron mangayo ug kwarta!

Gipahimangnoan ang tanan nga ang huwes o bisan kinsa nga empleyado sa korte dili gayud manawag, muduol o makig-istorya sa mga akusado, sa mga biktima, mga parte sa usa ka kaso, o sa ilang mga pamilya, aron mangayo ug bisan unsang pabor o bayad.

Wala usab gayu’y bayad nga kinahanglan ihatag sa bisan kinsa aron ma-aprobar ang aplikasyon para Probation o aron mapadali ang kagawasan sa usa ka napriso.

Hinumdumi:

✅ Ayaw paghatag ug kwarta sa mga fixer o mga magpaila nga adunay koneksiyon sa korte, sa kapulisan, o sa uban pang ahensya sa gobyerno.

✅ Dili gayud mangayo ug kwarta ang huwes o bisan kinsa nga empleyado sa korte alang sa bisan unsang pabor.

✅ Kung adunay muduol o manawag kanimo ug mangayo ug kwarta nga muingon nga para kini sa korte, ayaw tuo ug i-report dayon.

✅ Ang tanan nga fines ug pyansa bayran lamang diretso sa korte.

✅ Libre ang abogado sa Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) ug Office of the Provincial Prosecutor (OPP), ug dili sila mangayo ug bisan unsa nga bayad o kwarta.

📢 LEGAL REMINDER FROM A LAWYER

“Kung naglagot ka sa usa ka tao, wala ka’y katungod magpakaulaw niya.”

Normal lang nga masuko ta kung naa ta’y problema sa usa ka tawo. Pero ang kasuko dili lisensya aron dauton, pakaulawan, o gub-on ang dungog sa uban—labina kung himuon kini sa social media.

Cybercrime is a criminal offense. Kung naa kay reklamo o isyu sa usa ka tawo, dili sakto ug dili legal nga i-post siya aron pakaulawan, apil na ang pagdaot sa iyang negosyo o reputasyon. Such acts may already constitute cyber libel and other criminal liabilities under our laws.

Instead of airing your anger online, choose the proper and legal remedies. File the appropriate complaint, seek mediation, or consult a lawyer. Remember: freedom of expression is not freedom to destroy another person’s dignity.

Let us be responsible, respectful, and mindful.
