🚨BREAKING NEWS SA MUNDO NG LUPA!🌍📐

Surveyor: “Sir, lahat na po ng available references, chineck na namin. Bakit parang hindi pa rin kayo convinced sa survey plan?” 😤

Client: “Ewan ko ba… parang may mali.” 😭😂

Surveyor sa isip: “Sir, survey po ito, hindi love language. Sukat at datos po ang basehan, hindi vibes.” 💀🤣

📏 SA LAND SURVEYING, HINDI PUWEDE ANG ‘PARANG.’

Hindi porke’t sinabi na:
🌳 “Diyan sa malaking puno dati.”
👴 “Sabi ng lolo ko, hanggang doon.”
🏠 “Dito na kami nakatira noon pa.”

…ay automatic nang iyon ang legal na hangganan ng inyong lupa. 😂

Kapag lupa ang pinag-uusapan, hindi sapat ang hula, kwento, o pakiramdam. Kailangan ng tamang references, sukat, technical data, at maayos na surveying procedure para mas malinaw ang tunay na boundaries.

Kaya bago pa mauwi sa:

❌ “Akin ‘yang lupa!”
❌ “Hindi! Sa amin ‘yan!”
❌ “Sabi ng lolo ko!”
❌ “Parang mali ang surveyor!”

Ipa-survey mo na bago pa maging family reunion ang boundary dispute!

👉 Huwag umasa sa “parang.” Magtiwala sa tamang sukat at technical data!

Pero bago ninyo ipagkatiwala ang inyong TITLE, DOCUMENTS, AT PERA, siguraduhing alam ninyo kung sino ang inyong kinakausap.

⚠️ BEWARE OF UNLICENSED PRACTITIONERS & FIXERS!

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 9646 – Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines, may mga gawain na itinuturing na practice of real estate service, at ipinagbabawal ang unauthorized practice ng real estate service. Section 29 states that a person cannot practice or offer to practice real estate service without the required registration/license, subject to the exemptions provided by law.

❌ Huwag basta magtiwala sa “may kakilala sa Registry of Deeds.”
❌ Huwag basta magbigay ng original documents.
❌ Huwag magbayad nang walang malinaw na documentation at official receipts.
