Step 2 – Choose the desired Block No. and Lot No.
Step 3 – Fill-up and sign the Reservation Form and Reservation Agreement
Step 4 – Pay the Reservation Fee at the Cashier's Office of the Developer.
Step 5 – After paying, wait for Pag-ibig briefing.
Step 6 – After one month, start paying the monthly downpayment until fully paid.
Step 7 – Submit all the requirements too within 30 days.
Step 8 - After 24 months, your loan will be processed and taken-out by the Pag-Ibig
Step 9 - Once taken-out, you can now inspect your house before you accept it.
Step 10 – After inspection, you may now accept your home and move-in.
