𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐅
As an ASSpec, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist a lawyer and an accountant by supporting them with office work, planning, delivering correspondence and documents, and transacting with government agencies or offices.
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the workforce. You will be dealing with government offices and agencies, clients, law or accounting firms, government officials, and other key persons in the practice of their professions.
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
1. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
2. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms with other law firms, government offices or agencies, clients, and others.
3. File and update client files, office documents, and facilitate the completion of regular reports by develop and maintaining a filing system.
4. Transact with government agencies or offices and deliver correspondence and documents.
5. Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
6. Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories.
7. Compose and prepare letters, documents, and perform other clerical works.
8. Schedule meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agenda and materials.
9. Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.

𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒𝐄𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃
1. At least a Senior High School graduate.
2. Prior experience as office clerk is preferred.
3. Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
4. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
