"We are already entering the second month of MECQ and per OCA Circular No. 67-2021, courts are constrained to proceed with the fully-remote video conferencing hearings (VCH).
The Judges reiterate their request that all lawyers notify the Courts with their updated email addresses because they are having a difficult time reaching the members of the Bar during VCH.
Please be informed too, that all lawyers must install the Microsoft Teams application, to be able to join the VCH. Email addresses alone will not suffice because the courts still cannot connect/ get thru them without it.
