"Double your money" daw, pero nung nag-pay ka, "Double your block" ang nangyari? 🤡🚩
Sa panahon ngayon, mas mabilis pa mag-disappear ang online scammer kaysa sa ex mong nang-ghost sa’yo. Pero bago ka mawalan ng pag-asa (at pera), let’s talk about the red flags! 🚩
Whether it’s a "Too Good To Be True" investment, a fake GCash link, or a "Foreigner" suitor asking for customs fees - remember: If it smells fishy, it’s probably a scam.
What to do if you’ve been scammed?
1️⃣ Screenshot everything. Conversation, profile link, and proof of payment. Evidence is your best friend.
2️⃣ Report to the platform. Report the account to FB/Telegram/Viber.
3️⃣ Report to Authorities. Contact the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) or the NBI.
4️⃣ Consult your lawyer. (That's us! 👋)
