Notarization of documents must be done by a duly-commissioned notary public. Dapat valid ang commission niya, hindi expired (nasa stamp yan nakalagay at pinipirmahan ng abogado).

Dapat within the jurisdiction. Ibig sabihin, kung dito sa Gentri ninotaryohan ang document, dapat nakalagay sa notarial seal at sa stamp na notary public sya for and in the cities of Gentri, Trece Martires, and Mun. of Tanza. Pag nakalagay ay Pasig, Taguig, Imus, etc., pero sa Gentri nagnotaryo, malamang, hindi legit yan, bogus, colorum, fly by night. At malamang, hindi abogado ang nagnonotaryo.

Isa pa, pag sobrang mura ang notarial fee, kunwari P50 or P100 lang, red flag agad yan. Usually nasa P300, P500, P1k or higher ang notarial fees. Misan %tage based sa total price na nakalagay sa legal document.
