A client is hiring a Senior Real Estate Dispositions Manager with pay averaging around $14/hr (range $12–$25 depending on experience).

💼 What you’ll do:
Handle deals from contract to closing
Work with cash buyers & investor networks
Negotiate deals and create buyer competition
Manage listings (InvestorLift, MLS, etc.)
Coordinate assignments, novations, and closings

⚠️ Important:
This is a senior-level role — NOT for beginners.
You must have actual experience in wholesaling/dispositions and know how to move deals.
