LPA DEVELOPS INTO STORM

PAGASA has announced that the Low Pressure Area that was being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has developed into a Tropical Depression as of 8 AM today, July 13.

The storm was located 1,275 km East of Eastern Visayas moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h with winds of 55 km/h and gusts of 70 km/h.

The storm will be named JOSIE once it enters the PAR.
