From a remarkable journey as RMC SCPC NSRC Council President, he now rises with a stronger vision and deeper commitment—stepping forward as the RMC STUDENT CRIME PREVENTION (RMC-SCPC) (NSRC) NATIONAL SERVICE RESERVE CORP President and Supreme Student Government (SSG) President of Rizal Memorial Colleges, KELVIN KING R. ARADILLOS.

This is more than a title it is a mission. A mission to empower every student, amplify every voice, and build a community grounded in unity, integrity, and excellence. A leadership that listens, acts, and transforms creating opportunities that benefit not just a few, but all.

We also honor the newly elected officers of the RMC SCPC NSRC Council who now take on vital roles as SSG Senator and Executive Secretary leaders ready to stand at the forefront of service and progress.

HIGHLIGHTS 💫

The NSTP Implementers, together with the NSRC Core Group and officers, successfully completed the 24-hour Technical Training on Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CBDRRM) held on March 17–19, 2026, at Apo View Hotel.
In collaboration with NSTP Coordinators and NSRC Implementers from various colleges and universities across Davao City, and under the guidance of NSTP Coordinator and NSRC Adviser MS CRISTINA C. ARIATE, the training strengthened our commitment to disaster preparedness, resilience, and community service.

The RMC Student Crime Prevention Council (RMC SCPC) – NSRC Council, under the supervision of MAM ROSALIE E. CAMINERO, Director of the Office of Student Services and Affairs of Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc., proudly participated in this initiative.

The President of the RMC Student Crime Prevention Council and the National Service Reserve Corps, KELVIN KING R ARADILLOS , together with two officers and the NSRC adviser MS CRISTINA C ARIATE and the Vice President for Internal BABY JEAN D ROA , and the Secretary, JAIRA NICA ESCOBIDO successfully completed the 24-hour technical training and received their Certificates of Completion from the Office of Civil Defense Region XI.
