Kadayawan weekend well spent. ❤️🍕

Family time, homemade pizza, and starting the lessons early because apparently, it’s never too soon to teach Baby A that the best pizza is the one you make yourself using fresh ingredients straight from the ones you grow in your small garden! 😂 (plus she’s gotta know the value of hard work).

For now, she’s supervising. Soon, she’ll be in charge of the toppings. 👶🏻🍕😂

This Breastfeeding Month, I celebrate all the mamas who wake up in the middle of the night, nagpu-pump in between responsibilities, nagwo-worry kung sapat ba ang milk, at patuloy pa ring lumalaban kahit pagod na pagod na.

Breastfeeding is hard work. And for many of us, hindi ito laging katulad ng nakikita natin online. Hindi laging overflowing ang milk bags, fully stocked ang freezer, or perfect ang breastfeeding journey.

It took me a while to accept na baka hindi ako makapag-store ng ganoon karaming milk, and that’s okay.

Ang mahalaga, napapakain natin ang mga anak natin. They are alive, healthy, loved, and growing strong.

So to every breastfeeding mom, and even to those who need to mix-feed, supplement, or struggle with milk supply, you are not a failure. Hindi ka kulang.

Isa kang nanay na ginagawa ang best niya para sa anak niya, and that is already something so powerful and beautiful.

Motherhood is hard. Breastfeeding is hard. Pero mama, padayon lang.

And if no one has told you today, you are doing better than you think. 🤍

Alamin kung sino ang maaaring managot sa damages and bakit hindi mo rin basta-basta pwedeng iuwi ang bakang gumagala sa kalsada.
