Construction is underway on The West Village at DGT, Cebu Landmasters, Inc.'s second upscale residential development in Davao Global Township(DGT). On site, excavation and foundation works continue to progress. Once complete, the five-tower, 16-storey development will rise directly across from the upcoming De La Salle University-Davao vertical campus.

According to CLI, the first two towers generated ₱2.1 billion in sales reservations on launch day, reflecting strong demand for high-end residential property in Davao City. The West Village also forms part of CLI's 11-tower residential pipeline across DGT, signaling the developer's continued focus on the city as a key growth market.

Davao Global Township itself is a ₱33 billion master-planned estate redeveloping the 22-hectare former Davao Golf Club into a business and lifestyle district. CLI is developing the township in partnership with the Villa-Abrille clan through YHEST Realty and Development Corp.
